Follow this link to an article about what exactly a bikini ready body should look like. I sent in a photo of me in a bikini (from 2 years ago, been too cold to wear one ever since!) along with several other random women. Yes, I am number 7, stupidly being the only one to wear a bikini in the snow!! The response was interesting to say the least, debates raging over "overweight" women daring to wear a bikini, being applauded for their confidence, or berated for their laziness...... pages and pages of comments. I was ridiculously pleased to read positive comments about my own photo; although that wasn't the point of the whole exercise. The point is, we're all beautiful as long as we are warm, caring and giving people; ugliness comes from a nasty, uncaring attitude to life. Get out in the sunshine and enjoy yourselves everybody-life is short!!
